810 Billiards and Bowling To Open First Texas Location in Downtown Houston

810 Billiards & Bowling, the fast-growing restaurant and entertainment franchise, is set to officially open at GreenStreet, the mixed-use complex in downtown Houston this November. Located at 1201 San Jacinto Street directly across from House of Blues and near the Toyota Center, home of the Houston Rockets, this marks the first location in the market, and the sixth in the 810 Billiards & Bowling system.

“We are opening our Houston location in one of the most popular districts in the city,” said Michael Siniscalchi, the president of 810 Billiards & Bowling. “We can’t wait to welcome guests with games, food and fun, and we’re confident that a wide range of people will enjoy the service we provide.”

??“We could not be more excited to welcome 810 Billiards & Bowling to the entertainment lineup at GreenStreet,” said Lacee Jacobs, Vice President of Strategic Leasing & Advisory at Midway. “Their expansive food, beverage, and entertainment offerings are going to elevate GreenStreet’s ‘play’ opportunity in the mixed-use complex.”

The GreenStreet location will offer the same food, beverage and entertainment options that have made each of its five existing venues in South Carolina and Arizona a massive hit in their distinct markets. The menu will include a full line of gourmet burgers, specialty pizzas, wings, salads, appetizers, and beverages. The entertainment at 810 is not limited to billiards and bowling, either. Existing 810 Billiards & Bowling locations have been established with arcade games, bocce, corn hole, table tennis, foosball, darts, shuffleboard and more.

“It’s been important for our brand to establish itself as a comprehensive experience for everyone who walks through our doors,” Siniscalchi said. “And our menu is a direct reflection of how personable we want our experience to be. We’ve got a lot going on.”

Siniscalchi adds that the brand is targeting additional expansion in Texas directly on the heels of its Houston grand opening. “Our model has already proven itself across the country, and we believe Texas will be primed for rapid expansion with so much conversation surrounding our downtown Houston location.”

810 Billiards & Bowling currently has three locations in South Carolina and two in Arizona. There are more franchise locations in the works for Fort Smith, AR; Greenville, SC; the Philadelphia metro area; and Southern California. While the Houston-based location will be corporate-owned, 810 Billiards & Bowling is actively seeking prospective franchisees to open independent units in both the Houston market and in other cities.

The brand has capitalized on popular real estate locations in its existing franchises, which is something Siniscalchi believes will help create resounding success as a post-COVID-19 landscape brings more people together.

“We’ve got an opportunity to give people a source of entertainment they haven’t been able to feel for a long time, and our brand is truly in a position to grow as more people are excited to get out and have a great time,” he said.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of an 810 Bowling Franchised Business is $1,430,000 to $2,920,000, including a $50,000 franchise fee. For more information please visit 810bowling.com/franchising.
