Midway, in collaboration with 3Edgewood and Parkway, is spearheading the revitalization of Post Oak Central, rebranding it as Central Park Post Oak. The ambitious 17-acre project aims to create a premier mixed-use destination in Houston's Uptown District, complementing the newly transformed Post Oak Boulevard. The development will feature over 150,000 square feet of new and enhanced retail and restaurant space, including new buildings along Post Oak Boulevard and a prominent jewel box restaurant. Emphasizing walkability and green spaces, the project will also welcome new tenants like The Henry, TDECU, and BBVA. Groundbreaking occurred in April 2025, with completion anticipated in Fall 2026, promising a vibrant, amenity-rich environment for working, shopping, and dining.
